Yorkshire-born, I came to London in the early nineties and studied at the Anna Scher Theatre School; several years later, I completed a BTEC National Diploma in Performance Arts & Business at Kensington & Chelsea College. With 32 years of industry knowledge and experience, I have maintained my acting passion and technical skills by working behind the scenes as a stand-in and body double. This gave me insider knowledge and personal interactions with leading names in Hollywood; now I get direct requests from actresses to work as their stand-in/double because I am trusted to do a job that is so misunderstood. But more importantly, I chose this path because I wanted to be on working sets; I want to take in the knowledge taught by those who win the Emmys and the Oscars.

I am an actress in my own right and value all the experiences I am having and will continue to have while I carve out my own name. I have the support of many directors and leading actresses, so I will continue my journey knowing that I have their backing. I am working and loving the industry I have spent my whole life trying to be part of.
